New office bearers elected by ECBWA

The East Coast Beachwalkers Association (ECBWA) elected its new office bearers for the 2025-2028 term at a Special Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Nov.9, at the FC Marina auditorium, Thiruvanmiyur Beach, attended by nearly 150 members. 

Following the election process, overseen by Election Officer R. Parthasarathy, R. Vivekanandan was elected President, P. Mahendran was elected Secretary, and E. Ganesh Babu was elected Treasurer. The new office bearers immediately took charge, with President Vivekanandan requesting member cooperation.

The new team nominated past President M. Arulkumar as Honorary President and created a new post of ‘Honourable Secretary’, nominating past Secretary T. Arunachalam for the role. The meeting concluded with the exchange of official files and a vote of thanks proposed by the new Treasurer, followed by breakfast.
