Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will be launching the ‘Ungaludan Stalin’ scheme camps on July 15. The initiative, designed to bring government services directly to the public, will run across all districts until November.

In the Greater Chennai Corporation, a total of 400 camps will be held across all 200 wards between July 15 and October, with two camps planned per ward. Phase I will feature 109 camps from July 15 to Aug.14, with approximately six camps held daily from 9 am to 3 pm.

These camps offer access to 43 services from 13 government departments. Volunteers will distribute application forms and information handbooks seven days before the camp date. Applications received will be processed within 45 days. The camps will also provide medical services to attendees.

Crucially, applications for the Kalaignar Mahalir Urimai Thittam (Kalaignar Women’s Rights Scheme) will only be provided at these camps, ensuring eligible women who were previously missed can apply.

  • July 15: Ward 168 – Annai Velankkani College, V.G.P Salai, Saipadet;
  • July 16: Ward 179 – Community Welfare Centre, Kuppam Beach Road, Thiruvanmiyur;
  • July 22: Ward 169 – Community Welfare Centre, LDG Road, Little Mount, Saidapet;
  • July 24: Ward 171 – N.S.Garden Middle School, Park View Road, R.A.Puram;
  • July 30: Ward 177 – Community Centre, Seva Nagar, Velachery;
  • Aug.1: Ward 173 – Kasturba Nagar Residents Association Hall, Adyar;
  • Aug.5: Ward 170 – Arulmigu Sri Prasanna Venkateshwara Perumal Thirumana Mandapam, Lake View Road, Teacher’s Colony, Kotturpuram;
  • Aug.7: Ward 172 – Community centre, Chakrapani Street, Velachery.

Camps in Zone 14: 

  • July 17: Ward 184 – 184 Ward Office, Panchayat office Road, Perungudi
  • July 22: Ward 181 – A.G.S.Community Centre, A.G.S Colony, 2nd Main Raod, Kottivakkam;
  • July 25: Ward 189 – S.S.Mahal, Thulukkaththamman Kovil Main Road, Pallikaranai;
  • July 31: Ward 183 – Hotel Kamar Residences, Palavakkam, ECR;
  • Aug.6: Ward 185 – S.R.k.Mahal, Droupadi Amman Kovil Street, Ullagaram;
  • Aug.12: Ward 186 – Sumangali Marriage Hall Main Road, Puzhuthivakkam;

Camps in Zone 15: 

  • July 17: Ward 192 – Sukanya Marriage Hall, Neelankarai;
  • July 23: Ward 194 – Kailash Gardens, Injambakkam;
  • July 25: Ward 196 – Kriyates Marriage Hall, Madha Koil Street, Okkiam Thoraipakkam;
  • July 30: Ward 198 – Corporation Community Hall, Anna Street, Karapakkam;
  • Aug.7: Ward 200 – Corporation Community Hall, Semmanchery;
