Bala Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, Gandhi Nagar, on Feb.24, conducted a one-of-a-kind programme called Bala Rang Tarang ka Indradhanush.
It was a 3-staged event staging 98 students – one for the keyboard players, the middle stage for dancers, one for the singers, all 3 positioned as an arc for ease of viewing.
The keyboard symphony boasted the participation of 35 talented students, showcasing movie songs like ‘Oruvan Oruvan’, ‘Punnagai Mannan’, ‘Mission Impossible’, ‘Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5’ Oscar-winning ‘Jai Ho’ etc.
18 dancers presented Gananaayagaya, Om Shivoham and Aigiri Nandini with songs rendered by 45 singers. The team also sang a French song that added an international flair.
“Bala Rang Tarang ka Indradhanush was a resounding success, thanks to the dedication and talent of the students, as well as the guidance of their mentors. The event not only celebrated the rich cultural tapestry of music and dance but also provided a platform for budding artists to shine,” said a statement from the school.
Indeed it was a fantastic initiative by BVM Adyar . Teachers Students and staff worked in absolutely in harmony looking every aspects for eye for details.
