Celebrations at Hare Krishna Movement

Hare Krishna Movement, Thiruvanmiyur, on Nov.2, celebrated Sri Govardhan Puja – the day Lord Krishna lifted the Govardhan hill. A special drama was performed by volunteers depicting ‘Govardhan leela’. This was followed by soulful bhajans and grand arati for the deities and worship of cows. Dr. Sudha Seshyian, Vice Chancellor of SASTRA University, was the special guest on this occasion.

Hare Krishna Movement Chennai also celebrated the divine disappearance day of Founder Srila Prabhupada, on Nov.5. A special Abhishekam was offered followed by bhajans and prasadam distribution to all assembled devotees.
