Chennai Metro Water to Hold Monthly Grievance Redressal Camp on September 13

CMWSSB to Hold Public Grievance Redressal Meeting on April 12

Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) will conduct its monthly grievance redressal camp on September 13, 2025, from 10 am to 1 pm across all 15 area offices in the city.

The camp aims to address public grievances related to drinking water and sewerage connections, billing issues, and new service applications. Residents can also seek clarifications on water and sewer charges, obtain details of new connections, and register complaints regarding supply or service.

The grievance camps will be held at the respective Metro Water Area Offices covering zones such as Thiruvottiyur, Manali, Madhavaram, Tondiarpet, Royapuram, Thiru-Vi-Ka Nagar, Ambattur, Anna Nagar, Teynampet, Kodambakkam, Valasaravakkam, Alandur, Adyar, Perungudi, and Sholinganallur.

Officials have urged residents to make use of this monthly initiative to resolve issues promptly and improve service delivery.
