Partnering with the Varun Hope For Children Charitable Trust and Celebrating Life team, the Dream India team provided 2000 school students with cyclone relief kits: CHS Kamaraj Avenue Corporation School (255 children); ADWHS Virugambakkam (171 children); GHSS Alapakkam (1255 children); Vasantham, Udhavum Nanbargal home and SV Home Children (119 children)

During the rescue and on-field work, the Dream India team assessed and found that many children had their notebooks and bags damaged by water entering the house. Hence the kit was prepared, taking stock of the needs of the children with each child receiving: a school bag, 8 notebooks and a pencil pouch along with a stationary kit.
