Free workshop on yoga therapy

YogaVahini Foundation, Besant Nagar, is conducting a free workshop on yoga therapy for common ailments.

“With International Yoga Day around the corner, it is a good time to ask ourselves: What is my sense of well-being? Am I sleeping well? Is my digestion good? Am I happy and peaceful within? How effectively am I able to manage stress? Do I want to take better charge of my own health? Every day we hear inspiring stories of recovery and hope from our students (care-seekers) who have chosen the path of yoga therapy to address their health issues which range from minor aches and pains to major illnesses,” explained a spokesperson from the institute.
