Freedom Trust celebrates 28th anniversary

Thiruvanmiyur-based Freedom Trust’s 28th anniversary was held at Raj Bhavan on June 15. Governor R.N.Ravi distributed mobility aids to 20 beneficiaries. 

The Pearl of Freedom Trust (visually impaired) sang the national anthem and a few other patriotic songs. A special artist (hearing and speech impaired), trained by Freedom Trust, painted a portrait of the Governor, which was presented to the Governor by Arun Jain. Dr.Sunder – Founder and Managing Trustee of Freedom Trust rendered the keynote address.
