Adyar’s iconic vegetarian fine-dine restaurant, Hamsa celebrates its 9th anniversary with a culinary tribute to its patrons. Known for blending tradition with innovation, Hamsa has unveiled a special anniversary menu featuring nine signature dishes, each crafted to reflect the restaurant’s flair for flavour and finesse.

The curated spread begins with flavourful starters such as paneer peshwari and makhai mukhia chaat, followed by a comforting pumpkin soup. The main course is a grand affair, offering a medley of delicacies including gobi dum musallam, potato roast, white kurma, subz khola poori, subz do koft, kamal kakdi kofte, kadai paneer, bhindi bhaji, and the house-special dal Hamsa.
Complemented by an assortment of Indian breads, the meal concludes on a sweet note with Saffron kulfi and elaneer payasam, adding a festive charm to the dining experience.
