Kalakshetra Colony hosts health talk

Kalakshetra Colony Welfare Association (KCWA) has initiated a monthly health talk series for its residents, aiming to promote well-being and healthy living. For the March session, renowned dietician and nutritionist Dr. Sadhana Rajkumar addressed the gathering on Mar.16.

Dr. Sadhana shared valuable insights on maintaining a nutritious diet and a healthy lifestyle. She emphasised the importance of buying locally grown fruits and vegetables, avoiding processed foods, using the right cooking oils, practising mindful chewing habits, maintaining good gut health and incorporating walking and exercise into daily routines.
