Come Margazhi and it’s that time of the year when the neighbourhood proudly depicts a variety of themes through kolams. Here, we present a few from our neighbourhood:

Meera Senthilkumar from Suraj and Chand Towers, L.B.Road, made a
special kolam for Vaikunda Ekadesi – Aandal as a small girl and other
Azhwars worshipping the swarga vaasal opening at a Vishnu temple.
Dr.Lavanya, Thiruvanmiyur, themed her kolams this season on Lord
Guruvayoorappan and his connections with Thiruppavai.
Special Margazhi kolams by Latha Magesh and Kumudha Balaji, residents of Jaman
Enclave, Kasturba Nagar 6th Main Road, Adyar.
