The monthly Public Distribution System (PDS) grievance redressal camp for June 2025 will be held across all 19 zonal Assistant Commissioner offices of the Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department in Chennai on June 14, 2025, from 10 am to 1 pm.

As per the government’s announcement, these camps are held every second Saturday of the month in each district (and at zonal offices in Chennai) to ensure that ration cardholders can easily access PDS benefits and resolve related issues.

During these camps, various PDS-related services will be offered, including adding or removing names from family ration cards, changing addresses, updating or registering mobile numbers, and obtaining authorization certificates.

Furthermore, the public can also register complaints regarding the functioning of PDS shops or deficiencies in goods or services sold in private markets. Prompt action will be taken to resolve these grievances.

Ration cardholders residing in the areas covered by Chennai’s 19 zonal offices are urged to utilize this opportunity to address their PDS-related concerns.
