PMA School of Music now in Besant Nagar

PMA School of Music, Chennai’s largest chain of Western music schools opened their 8th branch at Tiger Varadhachari Road, Besant Nagar, on Apr.15. It was inaugurated by Augustine Paul, Music Director of the Madras Musical Association and mentor of the PMA School of Music. The inauguration was followed by a scintillating live performance by the PMA band.

The school is open for all ages, with expert tutors available for keyboard, piano, guitar, ukulele, drums, violin, vocals and music theory in both Trinity and Rock School Boards. PMA School of Music is also offering summer camp courses in May. Ph: 95000 89485.

Adyar Times was established in Chennai in the year 1993, founded by Mr.S.P.Ambrose, IAS (Retd.). The concept of a newspaper for the neighbourhood was a novel idea then. The English weekly (Sunday) now boasts a circulation of 42000 copies with an average of 16 pages per issue.
