TANGEDCO to hold statewide special camp for consumer grievances

The Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) has announced a one-day special camp on Apr.5, 2025 (Saturday), from 11 am to 5 pm, across all Executive Engineer/O&M offices throughout Tamil Nadu. This initiative aims to address and resolve consumer complaints related to electricity services.​

Consumers facing issues such as billing discrepancies, faulty meters, low voltage, or requiring replacement of damaged electrical poles are encouraged to attend. TANGEDCO officials will be present to provide immediate solutions and communicate the outcomes to the consumers.​
