The Election Commission of India (ECI) has activated a two-pronged system for voters to resolve all election-related queries and complaints quickly.

  1. Voter Helpline 1950: The toll-free National Contact Centre (1800-11-1950) is operational daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, supported by regional State and District Contact Centres for localized assistance. All issues are logged and tracked via the National Grievance Service Portal (NGSP 2.0).
  2. ‘Book-a-Call with BLO’: A new feature on the ECINET platform allows citizens to directly schedule a call with their respective Booth Level Officer (BLO).

The ECI has directed all election officials to ensure prompt and transparent resolution of user requests within a strict 48-hour deadline. Voters are strongly encouraged to use the 1950 helpline and the ‘Book-a-Call with BLO’ facility for all feedback, suggestions, and complaints.

You have to fill the second part as well and give. Do contact you BLO or the Voter’s helpline for more clarification.
