Chennai, August 2025: Food lovers in Chennai are in for a royal treat as Novotel Chennai OMR hosts Dastarkhwan-e-Awadh, an exclusive Awadhi food festival celebrating the rich culinary heritage of the royal kitchens of Awadh.
Held at The Square, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, the festival runs every evening from 7 PM to 11 PM until August 10, 2025. The event is a collaboration between Chef Sajjan Shah from Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar and Chef Nisarg Chavan from Novotel Chennai OMR, bringing together authentic flavors and traditional cooking techniques.
