Free Tai Chi Session for World Heart Day
The Andhra Mahila Sabha is organising a free Tai Chi Qigong session on October 5, from 7.00 am to 8.00 am. The practice, blending gentle movements with deep breathing, is known to improve circulation, reduce stress, and strengthen heart health. Open to all age groups.
Healing Through Tales
A children’s book launch and storytelling session will be held on October 6, from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm, at Odyssey Bookstore, Adyar. The launch will be conducted by the author’s students, followed by a special session by the Chennai Storytellers team, focusing on emotional healing through narrative.
