Sri Sankara Vidyashramam Higher Secondary School, Thiruvanmiyur, on Oct.11, successfully hosted a blood donation camp in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Madras and the Madras Voluntary Blood Bureau (MVBB).
The lifesaving initiative received an overwhelming response, with 86 donors stepping forward to contribute. Students from the Road Safety Patrol (RSP) formed a human chain to raise public awareness and encourage participation. The event was efficiently managed by the enthusiastic Interact Club volunteers, highlighting the school’s strong commitment to compassion and community service.
