National Unity Day observed on 31 October 2023 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhai Patel.
NIEPMD organised various programs such as poster making competition on the theme of ‘Unity in Diversity’ for HRD students, apart from organising a rally at public places, taking a National Unity pledge, a run for unity around the NIEPMD campus, human chain, and a ‘Unity in Diversity’ walk.
These events fostered a sense of togetherness with active involvement from staff and parents of PWDs enhancing the impact of the occasion.
