Hare Krishna Movement, Thiruvanmiyur, celebrated its 13th annual Ratha Yatra on Feb.24. The ratha started at Elliot’s beach, Besant Nagar and ended at Hare Krishna Movement premises. The deities of Sri Krishna Rukmini and Sathyabhama were taken in the ratha.
Hare Krishna Movement Chennai President, Suvyakta Narasimha Dasa, welcomed the dignitaries and devotees from all over the country for the grand festival. Chief guest, Dr Justice S.Tamilvanan, former Judge – Madras High Court, spoke about the power of broadmindedness to bring unity and peace to the world.
