Meritus Academy, helps students ace the IIT Madras qualifier exam, which will open the door to IIT Madras for those aspiring to get into IIT, without the pressure of writing the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).

“Out of the 11 lakh students who take the JEE exam, a mere 17,385, accounting for less than 1.6%, successfully secure admission to IIT! The acceptance ratio is abysmally low, and getting into IIT remains an impossible to achieve dream for millions of students. That’s why our Meritus Academy came up with a unique coaching curriculum designed to facilitate aspiring students seeking admission to the 4 year Bachelor’s degree from IIT Madras in Data Science,” said Ramana Prasad, IITM alumnus and Founder and Chairman of Meritus.

Aditi Prasad COO said, “We will continue to support our students beyond the qualifier exam to enable course completion and long-term success of our learners.”

The key highlights of the Meritus Academy program include a curriculum carefully mapped to the IITM qualifier exam, a mix of tutor-led online and physical study centre classes for personalised learning, and a flexible course duration of 6-9-12 months with a total of 200 hours of rigorous training. Students can choose from 4-10 hours per week of flexi-timing structure viz weekdays during the day, week days during evening hours and weekends to accommodate their schedule.
