Alumni meet of A.M.M. School

‘They now realise that they were making beautiful memories, when they just had fun at school, some 25 years ago’,  was the mood in the 25th year reunion of the 1998 batch of A.M.M. School when they met in the school premises on Aug.12.

It was a delightful occasion as the alumni were accompanied by their families too and there was an instant rapport among the children. The Correspondent of the school, Mrs.Meyammai Venkatachalam graced the occasion by her presence. The Principal, teachers who were in attendance, and others who were connected online, were happy to know that the alumni are contributing to the society in one way or another. They thanked the school and the teachers profusely that their days at school have made ‘the difference’ in all of their lives.

The program started with a prayer song by Class VI students followed by the welcome speech by the Head-girl. A big delectable cake was cut to celebrate the reunion. The Student Council under the guidance of PT teacher, conducted a few games for the alumni and made them relive their childhood moments.

A sumptuous lunch was served and the alumni presented all with beautiful mementos and gifts. The occasion, which would be a treasured memory for many, ended with a vote of thanks by an alumnus.
