On July 28, Sri Sankara Matriculation Higher Secondary School celebrated its 40th Annual Day with a kaleidoscope of cultural activities presented by their talented students. The primary school programmes were presided over by Dr.V.Amudhavalli, Principal, Vivekananda Vidhalaya, Tambaram and High School celebrations, by Justice R.S.Ramanathan.
The theme of the celebrations was ‘3G – Gain Guru’s Grace’. The chief guests highlighted the need to imbibe human values in life, including obedience towards teachers, self-confidence etc. The programme came to an end with a mangalam song and the national anthem.
