The Chennai International Airport has streamlined the biometric registration process for the Foreigners’ Tenure of India – Trusted Traveller Program (FTI-TTP), significantly enhancing convenience for international passengers.

As per the AAI Chennai Airport, travellers can now complete their biometric registration swiftly at the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) in Nungambakkam, or directly at the arrival and departure immigration counters within Chennai Airport. Authorities recommend completing this brief process during transit through Chennai, as it takes only a few minutes and promises smoother immigration checks on future visits.
