The Inner Wheel Club of Chennai Thiruvanmiyur (IWCCT) of District 323 recently completed 3 key projects tackling major concerns of our society.
- Project Go Green: IWCCT joined hands with Verinite Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Geo India Foundation and Pasumai Amaippu President Pasumai Moorthy to donate 50 saplings, 50 seed packets and 25 tree saplings, at the cost of Rs 18,000, to Arignar Anna Higher Secondary School in Besant Nagar on July 20.
- Project Mahadanam: IWCCT along with 4 other clubs did a joint club project serving food to 100 beneficiaries of Kanchi Annadhana Chathiram Trust in Kancheepuram on July 20, at a cost of Rs 2500.
- Project Medical Care for Senior Citizens: IWCCT funded the medical expenses, amounting to Rs 800, for 10 days in old age homes.
The IWCCT has many more such dynamic projects lined up to serve society in all ways.
