Awareness is on the lower side, thus we are talking about it through the powerful medium of art. Through this program, we hope to educate the public about the importance of early detection and treatment, as well as provide hope and support to those affected by this disease. The event will also highlight the various effective treatment modalities available for patients, such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy,” said Dr A.N.Vaidhyswaran – Director of Radiation Oncology.
The launch event, held at the hospital was graced by artist Kalaimamani Trotsky Marudhu. The event showcases artworks by students of a leading university, highlighting their creative interpretations of urinary bladder cancer and its impact.
