Learning Sanskrit through Tamil

Samskrita Bharati, Chennai, has released the book ‘Vak’ for the ease of learning Sanskrit. “If you know only Tamil, you can easily Learn Samskritam through this book,” said a statement from the institute. This book teaches: How to read and write Sanskrit letters, basic Sanskrit grammar, how to form sentences and build basic vocabulary with about 800 to 1000 words / sentences.

The book is priced at Rs.100 and can be ordered online at samskritaseva.com/shop. Interested readers can also order directly from the Adyar centre of Samskrita Bharati by calling 93800 09736.
