Meyer Organics, on Aug.28, conducted an awareness programme on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) for the students of St. Antony’s Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Kottivakkam.
Dr.S.Sathya, Obstetrician and Gynaecologist from Sri Buvana Shakthi Multi Speciality Clinic, Thoraipakkam, explained briefly about the causes, symptoms and precautions for PCOS, and when they have to meet the doctor regarding the same. The programme was attended by nearly 100 higher secondary girls and many of their doubts were clarified.
