The 2000 batch of Olcott School students recently celebrated the silver jubilee of their schooling with a memorable visit to their alma mater. The day’s festivities began with a lamp lighting ceremony and a floral tribute to the picture of Prescott Olcott.
The school’s Director and Headmistress warmly interacted with the alumni and their families. The Director spoke about the school’s mission and its role in society, while the former students fondly reminisced about their time at the institution.
As a gesture of goodwill, the alumni organised a lunch for the entire school. They later visited classrooms, distributing stationery and school bags to students from Kindergarten, Class 1, and Class 2, and also honoured the noon meal staff.
It was truly a day to remember for both Olcott School and its alumni. The school expressed immense pride in seeing its former students achieve success and become responsible citizens, hoping to continue fostering such outcomes in the future.
