Partners in Advancing Learning and Solutions (PALS), an initiative driven by IIT Alumni, hosted their valediction ceremony on June 21. The event celebrated significant achievements in STEM education and highlighted the contributions of key figures, including Meritus AI and its Founder-Chairman, Ramana Prasad.
Gandhi Nagar-based Meritus AI, was commended for its commitment to innovation and excellence in education, underscoring its dedication to nurturing future leaders in engineering and technology. Ramana Prasad, an alumnus of IIT Madras, also received a special award from PALS for his outstanding contributions to STEM education, presented by Prof. K. Murali, Dean of IIT Madras, and Suresh Raman, Vice President and Region Head of Tata Consultancy Services.
“We are honoured to receive this recognition,” said Ramana Prasad, adding, “We believe that through our continued efforts, we can inspire a new generation of engineers and technologists who will drive innovation and progress. Our goal is to create a robust educational framework that not only imparts knowledge but also encourages critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
