The Bard comes alive at the Pallava Hall with Quizzing! The Shakespeare Millennium Club and the Cosmopolitan Club jointly organised a quiz contest on Shakespeare and general knowledge, conducted by Nawabzada Mohammed Asif Ali, Dewan to the Prince of Arcot to commemorate their 264th meeting (22 years).
Students from The Swamy Group of Schools, Fathima JBAS School, St. Michaels and MCTM School participated. The finalists were the Marigold team comprising students from the Brindavan Campus of Swamy School and MCTM School. Ramesh Venkatachalapathi – Vice President of Cosmopolitan Club and Dr Jamuna Kalyani Sridharan – Coordinator of the club honoured the chief guest and gave away cash awards to the winners. Participation certificates were given to all the contestants.
