On Mar.16, a significant awareness program on women’s safety and security was conducted by RCC Bluewaves in coordination with Greater Chennai Police at Besant Nagar. The event focused on women’s self-protection measures and ensuring a safer environment for them.
The event was graced by Inspector of Police Subramani (J5 Sastri Nagar Police Station), Inspector of Police Rajaram (H1 Old Washermanpet Police Station) and Sarada Rammani – District Officer 3234, as the chief guests.
During the event, discussions were held on various critical topics, including SOS apps for women’s safety, sports development, good touch-bad touch awareness and money-saving awareness. The initiative aims to encourage their participation in social and economic activities without fear.
