Skill workshop conducted at Mangayarkarasi Magalir Mandram

A three-day skill development workshop to make products out of palm leaves was organised at Mangayarkarasi Magalir Mandram, Sastri Nagar, Adyar. COWE T.N (Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs) arranged a guide to make the value-added products.

WIA President, Padma Venkatraman, inaugurated the workshop and honoured the chief guest Archana Ramasundaram, IPS. Club President, Zahira Mohideen, welcomed the guests. Twenty women with differently-abled children participated in this program. Lunch was sponsored by the Inner Wheel Club of Madras Besant Nagar. Contact 98403 85802 to buy natural palm leaf products.
