Photographs and paintings from 8 participating NGOs and special schools along with the host V-Excel, were on display and were up for sale. 60% of the artwork was sold out and the proceeds will go to the respective artist. A brief bio of each participating artist was also displayed in the auditorium. All the 65 special artists were felicitated with an award, a certificate and a gift hamper.

A separate stall was kept to give ideas about how to upscale the artwork. Craft corner was another stall where visitors tried their hand on craft-making. There was also a photo corner.

This free event was open to the public and was well-attended by patrons, participants, and well-wishers alike. “The success of the event was reflected in the heartening feedback and testimonials received and was a reflection of collaborative teamwork. V-Excel is especially grateful to Gayathri Suryanarayanan, Lavanya Ashok and B. Sivaprakash for their efforts in making this event a huge success,” said a statement from V-Excel.
