Medley Toastmasters Club, Gandhinagar, Adyar, celebrated its 825th milestone meeting on Mar.29, marking 17 years of fostering public speaking and leadership skills. Around 60 members and guests attended this event.
The evening began with a ‘Walk of Honour’, recognising the club’s past presidents for their contributions. The highlight was an inspiring address by Vinay Pushpakaran, a TEDx speaker and customer-centricity expert, who shared valuable insights on identifying and marketing one’s expertise. He also released the club’s newsletter.
A couple of fun sessions rejuvenated the audience. Members of the club demonstrated their fine public speaking skills with a prepared speech and multiple impromptu speeches.
