On May 23, Madras Cosmopolitan Round Table 94 and Ladies Circle 38 donated two air-conditioners each and newborn supplies to Holy Apostles Convent for Babies Home in St Thomas Mount, Guindy. These air conditioners were towards their newborn rooms to help with the excessive heat during summer.
Holy Apostles Home is a 124-year-old institution committed to the service of children and specialising in taking care of newborns.
Ashwin Baburaj, Chairman of MCRT 94 and Sathvika Ranganathan, Chairperson of MCLC 38, along with members of their team, were present at the installation.
