Thursday Ladies Club organised a competetion for domestic helpers, on Oct.26 at the Corporation park at 21st Cross Street, Besant Nagar. Around 31 people participated in the various competitions – rangoli, talent show, passing the parcel and hair styling.
The event was part of the club’s project to have some entertaining programmes for the underprivileged among their tiresome routine schedule. All of them were given gifts and snacks, besides cash prizes.
