Chennai to Witness Lunar Eclipse: Special Sky Observation Programme on Sept. 7

The Tamil Nadu Science and Technology Centre, Kotturpuram, will organise a Special Night Sky Observation Programme for the general public to witness the upcoming lunar eclipse on Sept.7, at the Periyar Science and Technology Centre, Kotturpuram. The event will begin at 8 pm.

According to official timings, the partial eclipse will start at 9.57 pm on Sept.7 and end at 1.26 am on Sept.8. The full eclipse will commence at 11 pm on Sept.7 and conclude at 12.22 am on Sept.8.
