S.Bhargavi, a class 12 student of Sri Sankara Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 2000 from Tamilnadu Governor R.N.Ravi. She had participated in the Elocution competition, conducted by Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan, marking Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birthday, in October 2023.
Adding another feather to the school’s cap of glory, A.S.Gowri of class 6 won 1st prize at the state-level essay writing competition in English organised by Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Samithi.
