Samskrita Bharati releases newsletter

The first issue of its Samskrita Bharati’s (Adyar) newsletter ‘Asaadhya SadhakaH’ was released on July 26 by chief guest Dr. R.Natraj, IPS, Ex-MLA. 

It was received by the guests of honour of the day: K.Vishwakumar (Rtd. Chief Mech. Engineer – Southern Railway), C.S.Ram (industrialist from Gandhi Nagar), M.S.Nagarajan (MD of Nagaraj & Company) and Hemalatha Muralidharan (Founder-Arcadia NIOS School, Besant Nagar).

Adyar Times was established in Chennai in the year 1993, founded by Mr.S.P.Ambrose, IAS (Retd.). The concept of a newspaper for the neighbourhood was a novel idea then. The English weekly (Sunday) now boasts a circulation of 42000 copies with an average of 16 pages per issue.
