Art as Light: Healing Minds, Inspiring Change

EFI and Ford Launch ‘Planet Action’ Hackathon on Waste Management

The Environmentalist Foundation of India (EFI), in partnership with Ford, invites college students to participate in a hackathon focused on innovative waste management solutions. On Nov.7, 9 am – 4 pm at Asha Nivas, Nungambakkam. Top five winning teams receive ₹3 lakh each to implement their ideas. Apply by Oct.30. Adyar Times was established in Chennai in the year 1993, founded by Mr.S.P.Ambrose, IAS (Retd.). The concept of a newspaper for the neighbourhood was a novel idea then. The English weekly (Sunday) now boasts a circulation of 42000 copies with an average of 16 pages per issue.
