Madurai Mani Rasikas Association Marks 113th Birth Anniversary

The Environmentalist Foundation of India (EFI) and Ford will host Planet Action, a hackathon on waste management. On Nov.7 from 9 am – 4 pm at Asha Nivas, Nungambakkam. Top five teams will receive ₹3 lakh each to implement their projects. Apply by Oct.30, 2025.

‘Repair Pannalaama?’ — Reviving Chennai’s Repair Culture

Saahas presents Repair Pannalaama? encouraging repair and reuse. Residents can bring clothes, umbrellas, or small appliances for fixing. V-Excel to Host ‘TATTVA 2025’ Art Exhibition

Adyar Times was established in Chennai in the year 1993, founded by Mr.S.P.Ambrose, IAS (Retd.). The concept of a newspaper for the neighbourhood was a novel idea then. The English weekly (Sunday) now boasts a circulation of 42000 copies with an average of 16 pages per issue.
