More than 150 students from Classes 6 to 10 across various schools participated in an inter-school painting competition titled ‘My India, My Responsibility’ at Chennai High School, Kottur. The event was organised by Ward 170 Councillor K.R. Kathir Murugan.


Students expressed their creativity on meaningful themes such as Save Water, Global Warming, Say No to Child Abuse, My Dream Green City, and Segregate Waste, spreading awareness on social and environmental responsibility.
The program was held in collaboration with the Inner Wheel Club of North Chennai, District 323. Speaking on the occasion, the Councillor said, “This competition is not just about art; it is about inspiring our future generations to build a sustainable India.”
Prizes and participation certificates were distributed, making the event a memorable success.
