BSNL Launches ‘Customer Service Month’ to Enhance User Experience

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of ‘Customer Service Month (CSM)’ from April 1 to April 30, 2025, as part of a nationwide initiative to enhance customer experience and service reliability.

Key Highlights of BSNL’s Customer Service Month:

  • Grievance Redressal Camps at Customer Service Centres (CSCs)
  • Special Field Drives to resolve long-pending complaints
  • Proactive Service Monitoring for improved network quality
  • Faster FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) Provisioning
  • Digital Outreach Campaigns to address customer queries effectively

This initiative reinforces BSNL’s commitment to customer satisfaction, aiming to strengthen engagement, improve network services, and build lasting trust.
