This two-year in-person degree program is specifically designed for mid-career working professionals and is tailored to train them to lead modern business organisations through a deep functional and integrative perspective. Classes are conveniently scheduled over alternate weekends.
Program Highlights
- Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree with 60% and above, plus a minimum of three years of post-undergraduate work experience.
- Curriculum: The program emphasises practical knowledge through three field capstone projects and includes an International Immersion Learning Program (recently held at IESEG School of Management, Paris) focusing on Global Leadership and Cultural Intelligence.
- Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a written aptitude test and a personal interview at the IIT Madras campus on November 8th and 9th, 2025.
