J2 Adyar Police Station Inspector Mr.Ramasundaram (Law and Order) and J2 Adyar Police Inspector Mr.Murugan distributed raincoats to sanitation workers and auto drivers, and conducted road safety awareness.

“During monsoons, auto drivers should wear uniform and drive vehicles while on duty, they should not drive vehicles while drinking or talking on mobile phones. While transporting people in Chennai, they should drive very carefully and should strictly follow traffic rules. Also, the Adyar district corporation sanitation workers are doing a very good job day and night clearing the rain water on the roads, so that the public can cross the road without difficulty,” said the officials.
